How long does the preview take?
The first preview of a website takes 5 to 15 seconds while we read your site and design the message. You see a short "We are designing your message" screen in the meantime. Opening the same page again within 7 days is instant.
Is it free? Do I need an account?
Yes, it is free, and no account is needed to see the preview. If you create a free SendRCS account from the preview page, the card is saved in your templates as "Brand campaign", ready to edit and send.
Which websites work?
Any public website. Type it with or without https:// and www, your front page or a specific page such as a collection or product. Private or internal addresses and websites in a few blocked regions are refused.
What if my website has no usable photo?
The card is shown with a neutral image and the preview page says so. Your name, logo and text are still taken from your site, and you can swap the image for your own when you edit the template.
Who can see my preview?
Only people you give the link to. Each preview has its own link that stays open for 7 days and is not indexed by search engines. After 7 days it expires; you can simply make a new one.
Which language will the message be in?
The message is written in the language of your website. The preview page itself is in English when you start from this page.
Can I send the message to my customers?
Yes. Create a free account from the preview and the card is waiting in your templates as "Brand campaign". Send it to your own phone first, adjust the text, image and buttons, then send it to your contacts as RCS with automatic SMS fallback for recipients without RCS.
Is there a limit on previews?
You can make a handful of previews per minute and per day, which is plenty for trying a few pages. If you reach a limit, the preview page tells you and lets you try again later.
Does this change anything on my website?
No. We only read the page you enter, the same way a browser does, to pick up your name, logo, colours, a photo and the language. Nothing is installed and nothing is changed.
